John Cena may not have a good reputation when he’s on the WWE stage, as he’s usually boo-ed at and criticized for what many call a “stale act”, but outside the ring, it’s a different story.

He became a Wish Ambassador for the Make-A-Wish Foundation back in 2009, taking the number #1 spot with over 450 wishes over the few years he’s been with the organization. Wishes are granted to children between the ages of 2-18 years old with life-threatening medical conditions.

Cena goes all out every time he makes a Wish happen. He’d take children to live WWE events to meet some of the other wrestling celebrities, visit their families at their homes, and autograph WWE memorabilia. Here are a few photos from some of the Wishes that he has made possible.

Many who have met him, profess that his love for his fans is 100% genuine, and that he does it just to put a smile on people’s faces rather than just as a publicity stunt.
